Kensington and Chelsea Mind Trustee Board
Volunteers are the backbone of the charity sector and our Board of Trustees are no exception. Responsible for steering the strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring that it fulfils its responsibilities for the governance and finance of the charity, our voluntary Board of Trustees are looking to expand and diversify its membership, so that it is reflective of the diverse local community we serve.
If you care about mental health and have time and skills to offer, we would like to hear from you. We welcome people of all ages (over 18,) backgrounds, sexuality, class, culture, ethnicity, disability, gender, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, marriage and civil partnerships; and particularly welcome people with lived experience of mental health problems and from communities underserved by mental health services.
We are working to create mentally healthy and inclusive communities now and for the future and we need local people to join us in the fight for mental health for all.
If you are interested in applying, please email [email protected] with your CV and a covering letter explaining your interest by Monday June 21st, 2021. We look forward to hearing from you.
