Time to Talk Day 2024
1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem in any given year. Too many of us are made to feel isolated, worthless and ashamed. And the cost of living crisis is only making it harder to look after our mental health. But by talking about mental health, we can bust myths and break down barriers.
Time to Talk Day is taking place Thursday 1 February 2024. Run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, in partnership with Co-op, Time to Talk Day is all about bringing people and communities together to have the nation’s biggest mental health conversation.
It’s not always easy to say how you really feel. But talking openly and honestly can be the first step towards better mental health. That’s why this Time to Talk Day, we’re encouraging people to share how they really feel. Tag us or contact us on our social media channels – X/Twitter, Instagram or Facebook.
