Supporting Minds: we are Mind and we are here to help
In March, we changed to new ways of working for people registered with our services to support them through this challenging time, where we are all doing our best to follow Government guidance on the Cornavirus crisis.
Supporting Minds is for people accessing secondary or primary care mental health services and for people needing advice or information about local mental health or Covid-19 resources.
Until services return to normal, we are offeirng:
- Remote mental health support by telephone, email or digital media
- Wellbeing planning to help people cope with life at home
- Information and support to access other services that may be needed during this time
- Information and support to access help if you are in crisis
If you are already registered with our services a Mind worker will have been in touch to establish a support schedule with you. If you are not registered with our services and you need advice and information please contact 020 8964 1333.
We have changed the way we are working but we are still here to support you.”
