Are you interested in using your own experience to help others? Are you active in your community, or part of a local community or faith groups? If so, our course is a great opportunity for you to learn and build your skills in peer support.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn how you can use your experience to give peer support to others – like Kiran’s Women’s group for black and minoritised women. We’ll go through topics on how to build trusting and safe relationships, how our values and beliefs impact how we connect with others, how to negotiate boundaries, and group facilitation skills. See the session guide below for more information.
