IT and Office Procedures Tutor

35 hours per week 

Salary 23,398 – 27,668 depending upon skills and experience. 

25 days annual leave rising to 31 days after 6 years’ service. Contributory pension scheme.

Kensington & Chelsea Mind’s Skills Development Service is looking to appoint a tutor to our recovery focused Training and Employment Service to teach eDCC/Princess Trust Information Technology (beginner to advanced) and City and Guilds level 1 Award in Office Procedures.  

Qualities:

This post requires a proactive individual who is able to motivate adult learners with mental health problems..

Required:

A relevant teaching qualification or competency through workplace training and experience.

Experience in:
  • Working with vulnerable adults
  • Delivering skills training in Information Technology and Office Procedures
  • Lesson planning, skills teaching and assessment and individual portfolio development for adults.
