The Positive Steps Project are meetings run by the Service User Network to inform inpatients about services and resources available to them when they leave hospital. The meetings are facilitated by the Service User Network Co-ordinator and service users, who play a vital role in sharing their own experiences to support others taking those first steps back into community life.
