Mind works for a better quality of life for people suffering from mental distress. Across England and Wales Mind is a force for change…

Established in 1974, Kensington & Chelsea Mind has over 35 years experience of developing and providing innovative mental health services for the people of Kensington & Chelsea.

What we do

Mind offers information and services which support the recovery, growth and wellbeing of people suffering from mental distress, to enable them to live full and independent lives.

Who can use Mind services?

Mind services are available to people living in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea.  Some of our services funded by Adult Social Care have eligibility criteria and this is clearly marked on our service descriptions.

How Mind is run

Mind is governed by a board of trustees, known as the Executive Committee, made up of up to 16 people elected from Mind’s Membership, half of whom must have experience of mental distress.  We aim to reflect the diversity of our community, in respect of age, gender, ethnicity, sexuality and local knowledge.

Delivering quality

Mind is committed to ensuring that its services are of the highest quality and recognises that comments and suggestions are an important part of receiving feedback and improving standards.

Listening to feedback

We aim to provide a high standard of quality at all times but recognise that there will be times when things go wrong. If you think we have not provided you with a good service or let you down in some way, please tell us so that we can put things right. Your feedback is important and ensures that there are fewer problems in the future. We also like to hear from you when things are going well.
